This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase. 

If you have received a discount code, you can enter the code after choosing your items to purchase and clicking on View Cart. Enter the code in the Coupon box and click on Apply. Your discount will be applied to your invoice automatically. If you continue shopping and purchase more items before check out, the discount code will apply to all applicable items in your shopping cart.

All unframed prints are sent in a secure photograph envelope or card tube appropriate to the print size selected.  Unframed prints are sent by first class Royal Mail and dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

Framed prints are packaged and sent by registered post as soon as payment has cleared.

Unframed prints are normally dispatched within 24 hours and take 2-4 working days for delivery.  Please allow at least ten working days for delivery of framed prints.

Signed limited edition prints (framed or otherwise) may take slightly longer to deliver if Peter is not available to approve and sign the print immediately at the time of order.

All prices include standard delivery within the UK so no additional charges need to be calculated or applied.  If you require expedited delivery please contact us.

Should you require delivery outside the United Kingdom please e-mail for additional overseas shipping charges.

Please keep the packaging material and contact us to arrange for any damaged item to be returned to us.

All prints are produced to the highest standards at our Fife workshop onto papers hand chosen by the photographer, whose preference is the current range of papers manufactured by Hahnemühle as we believe their quality to be unsurpassed. This guarantees consistency as well as providing prints with a life expectancy in excess of 100 years. 

If there is a particular subject matter that you are looking for, please contact us as the online gallery does not include all prints available for sale and we may be able to assist you, especially if your requirement involves a local Scottish element.

Alternative print and framing finishes such as canvas wrapping, acrylic or box frames, postcards or calendars may be arranged upon request.  Please email us with your requirements.
